Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $50 applies to guests who checkout prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guestrooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Valet parking at the hotel is $16 + taxes per night with unlimited in and out privileges, making it easy to explore Chattanooga at your own pace, without additional fees for using your car.

Check-in time starts at 3 PM EST. Minimum check-in age is 21.
Check- out time is 11 AM EST.
We allow dogs only up to 50lbs, no more than 2 per room. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The pet floor is restricted to the third floor of the Manor Building. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas and are not allowed in any food and beverage areas or the pool or fitness areas. Guest must be present and pet crated while any member of the hotel staff, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for the time when the dog is not in the room or the owner present. If a pet is left unattended in a room it must be crated. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet.
